Flashback Weekend Update
Wanted to let everyone know I've had to cancel my Flashback Weekend appearance. Thanks to Shawn at Knee-High Horror for helping me out. I'm going to try and show up on Friday and hang out at the show. On a brighter note, I'll have more time to work on new stuff for the next show (yet to be determined) Thanks - Gabe

Thanks to everyone that stopped by this weekend at Monster-Mania! Although attendance was light, I had a great time meeting a lot of new people and reconnecting with others from previous shows. Thanks

HORRORHOUND WEEKEND: INDY
The Homemade Horror Booth at Indy |
Thanks everyone for a great weekend! We got a lot of great responses to the figures, busts and Karbonite Killers. Stay tuned for more. Special thanks to my good buddy, John Harwood for being my right-hand man at the booth and especially to my wife and son for being so patient as I sculpted and painted for hours on end to get ready for this show.

Gabe LaPeer is a sculptor/ graphic designer/ illustrator with a love of "Genre" films. Homemade Horror is a place to showcase some of his work. Gabe makes custom designs and action-figures with a slant towards the dark and gruesome. "I try to stick to designs and figures that I know the bigger companies like NECA, McFarlane and Mezco will probably never do and the licenses like Stephen King that may never be available." This Fan Site and his Homemade horror Facebook Fan Page will be updated frequently with photos of what Gabe is working on and allow others to weigh in and make suggestions. Specifically, the blog will probably have more photos of in-progress sculpts, paints and discussions.
